What people mean by horoscope
In ordinary speech, horoscope often means a birth chart. In magazines and apps, it often means a short paragraph for everyone born under the same tropical Sun sign that month.

Date, time, and place of birth draw the map. Exact birth time matters more here than in a magazine horoscope.
The rising sign moves about one degree every four minutes. If the time is guessed, the houses can be the wrong sky. If you do not know the time, do not invent one.
